Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination. The shipping amount displayed during checkout is the applicable shipping charge for your order.
Because many ROZAN FRAMES products are large, heavy, or oversized building materials, they may require freight delivery rather than standard parcel shipping.

Freight Delivery
Most doors, windows, and other oversized products are shipped using freight carriers.
Freight deliveries may include:
- Residential delivery
- Delivery appointment scheduling
- Liftgate service when applicable
- Tracking information
- Oversized freight handling
The freight carrier may contact you before delivery to arrange or confirm a delivery appointment. Please make sure the phone number and delivery information provided with your order are accurate.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit times are displayed during checkout when available.
Transit time begins after your order has been completed, prepared, and released to the carrier. Product preparation or production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, holidays, destination accessibility, or other circumstances outside ROZAN FRAMES's control.
Order Processing & Production
Processing and production times vary depending on the product, size, configuration, availability, and customization selected.
If a product has a specific lead time, that information will be provided on the product page, during the ordering process, or in your order confirmation.
Delivery & Receiving Your Order
Large doors and windows may arrive on a pallet, in protective packaging, or in multiple packages.
Please inspect the shipment when it arrives. Before accepting delivery, check the packaging for visible signs of damage.
If you notice visible shipping damage:
- Photograph the shipment and damaged areas.
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing whenever possible.
- Keep all packaging and shipping materials.
- Contact ROZAN FRAMES promptly with your order information and photographs.
Do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been shipped.
Freight tracking may differ from standard parcel tracking, and some carriers may contact you directly regarding scheduling or delivery.
Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple products may be packaged together or separately depending on the products, dimensions, packaging requirements, and carrier requirements.
Items from the same order may therefore arrive in more than one package or handling unit.
Screens & Accessories
Shipping for screens, accessories, and other smaller products may differ from freight shipping for doors and windows.
When eligible products are purchased together, they may be packaged or shipped together when practical. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout.
International Delivery Areas
Additional shipping arrangements or charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, remote locations, islands, or destinations requiring special freight services.
Please contact ROZAN FRAMES before ordering if your delivery location requires special transportation arrangements.
Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Once an order has entered production, been prepared for shipment, or been transferred to a carrier, address changes may not be possible and may result in additional carrier charges.
Additional Carrier Charges
Additional charges may apply when a customer requests services beyond those included with the original shipment, including address changes, re-delivery, storage caused by an unavailable recipient, or other special delivery services.
If additional charges result from a customer-requested change or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, those charges may be the customer's responsibility.
